Home is based on 3 standard modules (elements), that can be combined by various ways:

- module A (2 stories building/total area: 43.8 sqm.) with space for HVAC system, water storage (tank), water pumps, batteries and generators if needed.

- module B (1 story building/total area: 13.1 sqm.)

- module C (reduced height of module A: can be used as garage for 1 car or for additional rooms/total area: 21.9 sqm. )

Over time, additional modules can be connected easily to the base module or to already combined with several modules house, so the entire house can increase. Module house can be connected to a public water main and sewer main or can have its own water supply (water storage - tank) and small-scale sewage treatment system. It`s possible to install residential flat plate solar thermal collectors on the roof and home energy storage system.

There are huge number of combinations of modules, depending on owner`s preferences, a growing family. Also there are unlimited variations of internal layouts.

Also modules can be combined generally in a line as townhouses for several families.

So this module house can be built wherever you want, and can be whatever you want with the ability to change and being finished easily according to your wishes
